Covers the member, their spouse and children between the ages of 16 and 18
Autolife Emergency Services members are covered in any passenger vehicle they are driving, including pick-up trucks,
motorcycles and sport utility vehicles operated for personal use.
Should a member use their 3 allowable service calls, the member will be denied paid service. That particular member
will have the option of using a “cash call”. I.E. using our network and cheaper rates we will still dispatch a service
provider to the member but they will be expected to pay at the point of service. |

Towing: The member will be provided with a Flatbed tow based on availability
Dispatchers will be instructed to inform members that a flatbed can be dispatched but may increase ETA due to availability.
As such, the member may choose to have a regular tow truck instead. Member’s disabled vehicle will be towed to the nearest
capable repair facility – or facility of member’s choice – up to $100 value per call.
The hundred dollar value limit per call generally equates to approximately 30 miles. If the $100 dollars is not enough to
get the member to their desired destination, the member will be responsible for the difference. |

I.
Hit and run
Hit-and-run rewards pertain to information leading to the arrest and conviction of a hit-and-run driver who damages your car or
injures you (or a covered family member). Information leading to the apprehension of the perpetrator is eligible for a $5,000
reward. (Not payable to member, their immediate family, or law officers). |

Emergency trip expense reimbursement
If your car is disabled as a result of an accident (not mechanical failure) and you are more than 100 miles from your home, AutoLife
Emergency Services will reimburse you up to $750 from the time of the accident while your automobile is being repaired. Reimbursable
expenses include lodging, meals and/or car rental. Such accident must be reported to state or local police to qualify for trip interruption coverage. |

Trip routing and mapping
When traveling anywhere in the continental U.S., call our map routing specialists and we will provide you with detailed maps to get you where
you want to go (1-888-627-7623). M-F 7am – 7pm CST, Saturday 8am – 4pm CST. We will prepare turn by turn directions for you and your specified
route. We will include lodging information, points of interest and local attraction information. Trip expenditure and budget tracking sections
are included. Highlighted routes through metropolitan areas give you a bird’s eye view of your travel area and alternate routes you can take.
